Reliance and Tat Indicom has started these services few years back,but they were costly.BSNL is offering these services by using CDMA 2000 IX technology. The best thing is they will make these servies by providing unlimited download.BSNL aims to revolutionize wireless internet for laptop as well as home users by offering cheap internet service. There are basically two plans in this,the first plans Provides Speed up to 144 Kbps and the second plan Provides Speed up to 2 Mbps.
